Chinese Pancakes

I know this was posted a while ago - 2005 I think. We used to get our chinese pancakes from ASDA but they don't do them anymore. Waitrose do but there isn't one very close to us - we are Derby way. Can anyone tell me if any of the other big supermarkets stock them - Tesco, etc. Thanks:T

I can't help with supermarkets but do you have an Asian supermarket where you are? I bought 100 Chinese pancakes for £3something from my little Asian supermarket in Worcester. They keep them in the freezer. They are divided into packets of 10, so you don't have to eat 100 at once.0

You can make them, just flour and hot water and roll very thin and dry fry them.0

Not sure if they are the same or not but Home Bargains had some spring roll sheets in last week for about 29p a packet.0

Got some off the Chinese stall on Blackbushe Market, again a pack of 100 for around £3 - do you have any markets near you? What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0

A lot of supermarkets used to sell them they were in a beige packet with a red border i think they were by sunflower or something like that.
We used to love these with some chicken in a stir fry and spring onion and cucumber... yummy ~ they have vanished!!
What goes around comes around !! Simple but very true :rotfl:0
