  • thanx for that, sorry i should have explained what i meant, i have been in dm and then iva for 4yrs approx and recently ip terminated so am now getting letters and phone calls to pay up £30g or else so i think bankrupcy is my only option but because i have had to borrow money (relatives and provi) and am costantly juggling to pay essentials i cant figure out what actual expences are. i know its my own stupid and iv been very naive but i dont/cant afford to go bankrupt if i cant even figure out a possible I&E as i always have less money in than i do going out.

Have you spoken to CCCS or National Debtline yet KJ? I used CCCS but many peeps on here say how good ND are, I would phone them first thing Monday morning :)
Have a look at other SOA threads on here for a basic guideline - then have a go at filling yours in - I found it easier once it was down in black & white (however horrifying it looks!) once you've posted it up on here the others will be able to help you. If you're claiming benefits you won't have to pay the full 510 for your BR either :)
