I don't believe it. Just been sorting out paperwork and looked at my MBNA statement. They have reduced my credit limit, charged me defualt charges and interest which has taken m over my limit so they have addred another default charge. I am now over my limit by £86 so will probably get another defaut & over limit charge. I'm now getting further into debt. Is this the way things happen. You have to get deeper into debt before the cc companies actually believe what you say? Sorry for the rant but I'm livid. Tempted to phone but will write.

Write and claim them back, using Martins template letter. You will usually get them back after the second letter.
Good luckBlackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?
