M&S finance

I have a cc with M&S finance and have been paying on a dmp for 18 months but have just cut my payments as I am saving for fees.
I received a statement that has card protection of £50 added. This is a nonsense as I sent my card back and any way had not applied for this to be put on.
Do I ignore it as it will be added in to the br or do I contact them and tell them to take it off.
My feeling is that it is a deliberate attempt to get me to contact them and I am inclined to ignore it but would welcome any thoughts on the matter.

just ignore it when you will go BR the card will not belong to you anymore and as such it will be the problem of the OR to deal with it !

if i were you i will stop paying them altogether and save for the fee a bit more quicker and I would not even bother talking to your creditor .
