The Irony!!!

Moved house in Jan, different phone number & post being re directed.

Landline has been ringing twice a day now with the same number (caller id) so i decided to answer it,

Its a debt collection agency after someone else. They dont seem to believe me that im not the address or the person that they have on file!!

How very rude

i had the same problem with halifax who kept on ringing and sending letters to the previous tenant when i told them that the person was not living there they would not believe me at all ! they say they needed confirmatiom from the previous tenant..... anyway after talking with the LL it turn out that he tenant did a run ... so ..... but we had to change phone number again and pay for this too because halifax was having none of it !

then they started claiming i was responsible to repay it well tht didint get that very far as i was undischarged BR.
