right this is day one for me on the No spend...
today i have planned ... take DD to a birthday party 12 - 2 ...come back...do craft ( out of the arty box at home) ..play at home...eat out of the freezer and cupborads...bath and bed......
does that seem like a good start???
has any one got any NSD tips???

yes managed to have a NSD yesterday and a minimal spend today!!!
only spent tenner on essential shopping........
yesterday...managed to not spend a bean and got my friend to drive so didnt spend on petrol!!!
