Has anyone got any info on a company called "Freshstart". My son has been sending them money by standing order but they are not paying his debtors. Are they a bogus company? He has now cancelled his standing order. How does he get his money back?

Not got any info on them but unfortunately it's unlikely he will get his money back.

Your son should contact CCCS, National Debtline, CAB or Payplan who
are all "not for profit" and will advise in his interests only and not look to make money out of him.
