I have never understood why my nephew, even at the age of 6, could assemble Megatron in 5 mins flat yet I, with all my knowledge, skills and years of experience as a responsible adult, have never had a clue :confused::rotfl:

Welcome back and glad to hear it all went well :j:j

Good morning Shaun and hope all is well in sheepland. Forget about C*****mas until after all the birthdays are out of the way then you can focus your efforts on that alone!

Oh Shaun, that sounds so lovely! Did you take lots of piccies? Sometimes you're so much in the moment, you forget (I forget/choose not to) but then the memories are vibrant. Hope you're still enjoying the trailerfull of toys.

    er morning all:o
it [STRIKE]pi[/STRIKE] raining cats and dogs here today
    ok
baby has had 13month jabs two months late and has to go in 4 weeks time for the next ones [6 in 1??]
my knee gave out this morning not the best day to pick as oh in work till nine:rolleyes:,
    need to do
    batch cooking,
    on line banking,
    i**ning :o sorry,

but with baby being cranky and not able to stand today guess ill do diner and nowt else:o:o

    good news,,,,,,,
sale is still proceeding to plan,,,
went to debenhams to get a meile [sp] hoover a heppa one...€350
think ive mentioned before ive always got cheap ones 80 -100 €
and have an asthma attack after each hoovering session,,,also they dont collect the dirt,,and blow up after 12 to 18months
so if it last 3 yrs i break even,,,reports show most peeps get 5-7 yrs from them,,,so should be ok..
    sorry rambling:o
got their they had a blue sail,,,,20% off,,,,,€279,,,also take out a debenhams credit store card,,,and get another 20% off ,,,€224,,{this will be paid off in full and put away for future sales offers)
    then the Lithuanian m***a,,,steps in,,,
whilst waiting for the manager to sort out the card,,,oh went over to look at the towels,,,huge sale signs on them bath sheets,,€31 down to €21ish...(looks and puts back quickly),,,then a sale girl starts talking Lithuanian to her,,,
those striped bath sheets at the bottom that are reduced from €31 to €15,
have a further reduction to €4-50,,,the staff have pinched most of them thats why their not marked,,,and on your card will be €3-60 each,
so 4 towels add them selfs to the xmas present box,,,:T
Hm,,,might just leave the €31 tags on though:o:o:o

edit,,,how come how italian mobsters name is on the list of naughty words?? !!!!!,,,M**ia

Hurray for the Lithuanian m***a! Oh - it was censored for you? Oh dear/insert rude word.

The hoover plan sounds good too Shaun, but I'm sorry your knee's gone. My knuckles are going, but they're not weightbearing.

I too have wondered why the Sicilian organisation is a forbidden word around here - perhaps it's a swear word in another language? Martian, maybe?
