Sorry to hear that everyone is still sick.You seem to be having a rough old time of it lately with illnesses.Glad to hear that you are resting as well.Totally agree about limiting time on here as a few hours can soon fly by when mulling around on here.Take care x

we do seem to be getting more than our fair share of bugs,,but we also seem to like sharing the same ones with each other,,,so 1 bug can live here for 6wks:rotfl:


we eat health ally,lots of veg and fruit,,,reasonable amount of meat ...little in the way of junk or junk foods

and all take vitamins:o,,,and wear jumpers and blankets at night whilst watching tv:rolleyes:
we get a minimum of 30 mins exercise a day

Now you are feeling better I thought I would enquire if there was any news on your pension appeal? Did you send them your letter?

It can be a bit tiresome but my advice is be persistent, I think they rely on and hope for individuals giving up.....

i do have it written out will post it before the weekend....but have met a few people who suffered similar,,,,and told me that you go back to the same doctor who examined you 1st time around,,,,and you need a good letter from your drs / specialist to get him to change his mind!!!
not an easy thing to do when you only have 21days to challenge it and it take 3months to see a hospital dr!!!

Sensible idea about time on MSE......I used to post on all the diaries but had to cut down over the last 6 months because of the time involved....and the ever increasing numbers of diaries :rotfl::rotfl:....so now just do the odd post now and then and rely on the subscribed threads email each evening to help me keep track..

Will still be keeping popping in on yours though
