Is it a private firm, Shaun? Martin's had a whole big thing about non-enforceable fines, thats right - you go for it. Isn't it *horrible* when that happens, as you say, one moment with your eye off the ball, and hey presto .... hope you're not too angry with yourself - be as angry as you like with them, of course, as long as it doesn't lose you any sleep.

very little sleep had last night awake since 4am

no such luck here im afraid ,,,irish law is like scotish law,,,until someone with money goes and callenges it!!
we had a great one here a few years ago when they banned mobile phones in vehicles,,,
mobiles wernt mentioned in the laws so they tried to re-enforce an old law,,,, the next week someone pointed out that the wording....hand held communication devices,,,included,,,fire,police,ambulance and taxi drivers radios as well,,,,,who what fun that created until an emergency meeting of the parliament and senate:o:o

That baby is *so* into everything :rotfl: from this distance, he sounds wonderful - but I wouldn't like to be the one running after him making sure he's safe! :grouphug: :rotfl:

All sounds a bit manic at your place Shaun, hope you try and get some rest in. Bad luck with the clamping, sounds a bit sneaky that the sign hiding behind the telegraph poles etc. Typical of them to find another way to get some cash out of us! Hope you get a result on that one.
