Hope today is an improvement on yesterday. You poor thing all that running around and then NO FOOD!! Thats just not fair. Did you ever get to lidl's?

Hi Shaun, hi turfy! I watched X Factor too last night ... I like seeing the rubbish ones, but it amazes me that some of them really do argue that they can sing ... for the good and the really bad, the audience "participation" is interesting (I could see the £££ signs in Simon's eyes when he looked round at how the audience reacted to that Daniel teacher bloke at the end :rotfl:) but for the ordinarily bad ones, it was downright embarrassing ....

Ah well. Off to my sister's today. My only plan here in the house is to try to do most of the washing up. During the summer months, I only switch on my hot water for half an hour every two days that does 3 or 4 bowls of washing up and a bath. Oh, I have another plan - I think a new series of Time Team is starting, so I'll set the recorder in case I'm not back see how hard I work? :rotfl:

Afternoon shaun...I agree about how much an extra person pushes the food bill up.
The X factor didn't seem as good as it usually does ..I don't know why..I though 2 girls were ok and that teacher bloke was good.

just sent oh to the shop to get some wine,,,
was going to go my self and then thought,,,,,im cooking for 7 people and 4 kids,,,its all her friends,,,,(i dont have those sort of friends,,,i have plastic ones..:rotfl:) and wont join in that much as they will talk in double dutch most of the time:o:o
and i dont drink so.....and will probably get the wrong stuff,,,:rolleyes::rolleyes:,,,and shes been charging around the house since,,,10am dusting and cleaning bathrooms,,,and tidying woman style,,,(ie properly!!!!),,,so could do with a bit of fresh air and no kids,,,

and how come no matter how hard i work cleaning and tidying the house,it never looks like a showroom,,,,, she comes home flits around for 20 mins,,,and the house goes from tidy too showroom :o

very quite on the dairy front today,,
just having a break from prepping the spices for the curry and giving my eyes time to resume normal vision:o:o

My mum is like that
I think I've arranged some flowers and she'll lift a couple trim them pop them back and it looks 100% better :rotfl:
DD has inherited her gene though and will "plump" some cushions and my Clean house will look suddenly show room!
