Hello Shaun, still in the wars I see. Hope you and all family members are fit by Christmas. I always draw the line at 3pm Christmas Eve and call it my sod-it point. If I haven't got it, or haven't done it by then - sod it, the party starts here! Although I am night shifting on Christmas Eve so there will be a bit of work in between the festivities. A few hours snooze Christmas Day morning, up for scrambled eggs and smoked salmon lunchtime then chill out. Turkey dinner is on Boxing Day this year as OH is on late shift Christmas Day.

im getting the fresh food,on tues 22nd and that will be my sod it point,this year oh working mon 12-9,tue off,x eve 8-3,,,,if she can get away at 3pm,,2yrs ago it took them 1-5 hrs to close the shop ,,,peeps still coming in looking for presents

xmas diner will be xmas eve
xmas day hot breakfast,,,cold plate for the rest of the day
boxing day,,,ck and chips:D
es should be fine as on anti bios,,oh,,,just fingers crossed

I do wish that you can manage to sleep more though.

Hi Shaun, how long has OH got off for Christmas? Really annoyed at my work they have asked 1 young lad to open on Christmas day for a few hours. Silly numpty has said yes! Just 1 day a year to close its not much to ask.

oh has 4 days off:T
i worked xmas day for 10 yrs in retail.....use to be a great day,,,,no snotty customers ,,,lots of treats from the boss,,,chocy ,,wine ,,,breakfast ,,treble time:o
every member of staff worked 4hrs ,,and chose which hrs suited them best,,
