well goooooood morning all
went bed at 11-15
got up at 1-20,,,baby up for 5 mins
went bed at 1-40
got up at 3-30 baby up for 5 mins,,,i couldn't sleep
went bed at 4-45
got up at 6-45 for baby put dowdy in and went down stairs to get bottle,,,,he went back to sleep and is still sleeping:mad::mad::mad:

just looked up at price of house rentals in our area
if you remember the government cut rent allowance by €96 last April,,,,and the winter budget is coming and we know they are going to hit it again,,,,,,,,[winter is going to be very hard,,,another reason not to overspend this Christmas:o]

they said last time we have to talk to our landlord,,, now they are saying rental prices are down.....25%:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
the prices dont seem to have moved at all

could it be that the government have forgotten that these landlords are not all business people but ordinary people trying to save for old age or there kids
and have mortgages on these houses for €1200 to €1600 per month and cant afford to lower the rental

rant over for now:cool:

hello landlord,,, the government says you have to drop my rent by €200 a month
and he will say
hello ex-tenant ,,,tell the government to p**s off
