hi all, have cooked a chicken and drained off the juices ready to make gravy, only have realised i have no gravy grans, or cornflour in the cupboard! 
i am as i type reducing the juices, what can i do to make a nice gravy?

mix some plain flour into butter, and whisk into the reduced stock, then simmer gently unti thickened0
