Thanks im going to look into this in more detail. Do you know if they accept people who have gone bankrupt on the govt mortgage to rent scheme?
I have found a list of criteria but no mention of BR. I have contact details of the hous assoc in my area that provide this scheme and it looks like you may still be eligible even if in neg equity so will ring tomorrow for more info
