Lender Conveyancing Fee

I've had a quote for a mortgage and it includes a 'Lender Coveyancing Fee payable to solicitor' of £189.00. I wasn't aware there was an additional charge payable to my coneyancer in addition to the work already included in the quotation Is this work included within the fee a conveyancer might typically charge for disbursements relating to purchasing a property or additional work required by some lenders (this quote is from Alliance & Leicester)?.
