just been to asda and saw a nokia 1209 for £13 it is basic with calls texts and a light no camera or radio but very easy to use recommended as a simle phone. I worked it our sraight away!!! lol
works with asda sims and one free with phne so good to get cheap calls 8p a minute and texts 4p a text.
Not sure if locked or not
if you want one ask as they keep them out the back none on display but my store had loads.
