Hmm that's what I was thinking, that if the valuer agrees with the local agents and places the property value at £225 or thereabouts I am going to appeal againt A&L's policy and try and get my money back. Had a right go at the woman when I was booking the appointment:mad:. It's blatantly a money making scam by those greedy b*stards and I felt so angry handing over £95 to prove that I am right!0
