gingsters create a pasty comp

Hi, all
i have just recieved an email from someone call Candice Higson saying i have won a runner up prize in the gingsters create your own pasty comp.
could someone tell me if this is genuine , i did enter the comp but was wondering why the reply email address where they want me to sent my address is candice@milksc.com and not to gingsters themselves.
hopefully this is genuine.

Milksc.com is Milk Strategic Communications, looks like a PR company, which would make sense.
Looks like runners up prizes were £100 cash
