Does anyone know of any places where they are doing a good deal on the pram above, I had one of these with my first son and couldn't love it enough but I sold it and now Im going to need another one ?:j

I bought one about 6 weeks ago
I was so frustrated, i spent half a day trying to buy my pram.
I bought a stokke xplory, and a few accesories,
i wanted to pay by credit card with it being such an expensive pram, so i had a little insurance.
First port of call was Bambino direct as they had good packages, but it was showing a bit more expensive than another so i asked them to price match as they say they do on their home page, called spoke to a polite lady who told me that they dont price match on certain items and that is one of them. I pointed out the policy she said "we can sell them all day long we dont need to price match"
So looking at a few forums everyone said kiddicare was pretty good on price, plus you get 4% quidco great i thought, had a look price was right, i put all the stuff in my basket, at the end of the checkout told me transaction failed, i tried several times, same each time. I called card company who told me there isnt a prob with card money is there blah blah blah.
So i called kiddicare i got cut off about about 5 times and finally got through to a slightly agressive person who repeatedly told me it was my card, i told her that the card was fine when i ordered another item, so she then tried to say it was because of paypal, i told her that was a silly reason, she tried to convince me i must be trying to buy through a third party, i pointed out i was definetaly on the kiddicare site, she tried to get me to use my debit card but i told her i would prefer CC so i have some comeback. She also told me she could not take a payment over the phone as line was not secure. Found her most unhelpful, she was adamant that it was not their system at problem. I googled afterwards, they have lots of complaints about their payment system and customer service.

So i thought ill ask pramcentreonline to pricematch...i waited for 30 Min for someone to answer the phone, then got cut off.....argh gave up
This is an expensive item and none of them seem capable of agreeing to thier terms or taking my money.


In the end Back in action pricematched and...were so nice to deal with, it was with me the next day, the others were not worth the hastle. I cannot recommend them enough.
