Temporary Worker Cant Get Mortgage HELP!

Hi,

I'm a temporary worker, i work for an agency and i'm trying to get a remortgage/mortgage but i've been told by the 'mortgage point' that no where will accept me for a mortgage aslong as i'm not in a permanent position. I would like to know if i might be eligible for a self cert mortgage, or is there anywhere that would give a temporary worker a mortgage.

I'm in the position where i have a secured loan on my property and not enough income to pay for all my outgoings. I have equity in my property to cover my debts but i cant seem to release the equity too clear my debts because i'm an agency worker! It's so frustrating. Any help or advice on the subject would be much obliged.

    Hi there

without further detailsd fo your situation its impossible to advise you specifically on this, but there are lenders that will accept your business, I think if you wanted to borrow the right amount for your level of earnings, and approached the right lender you shouldnt have any problems. you best bet is to take advice from a whole of market mortgage broker.

If you have payslips then Intelligent Finance will normally be able to consider as they do not normally require you to be permanent and non probationary.

Without looking into it further I cant recall whether the fact that it is Agency work would be an issue.
