thanks for this, went to see the film tonight, quite enjoyed it, more of a birds film then a blokes, but still watchable though.

I thought it was great ~ especially when one member of the viewing public shouted 'her nose' halfway through! :D

    Thanks again!

This screening last night has to be one of the most bizarre cinema experiences - two "bodyguards" were checking bags and confiscating all mobile phones with cameras before the event (of course up until this point I had been planning to film the whole thing using 10 minute video clips and flog them on E-Bay....not - the OH was more worried they'd find his secret stash of Tesco popcorn....!), then afterwards they left the cinema marching out in black suits and ties with what presumably was the film in a black case, looking like extras from All The Presidents Men..... all this for a BBC film?? Very odd!

The film wasn't quite what I was expecting, but me and the OH quite enjoyed it!!

They took mobile phones in Birmingham too! I've been to few of the screenings postedup here and haven'thad that happen before. Everyone panicked when we came out because the security people had moved - there was a part of me that thought they'd legged it with the phones!

I thought the film was okay. Some laugh out loud moments. Loved Martin Freeman shouting at his mother-in-law to 'Shut the f*** up!' and the wedding planner breaking up the fight with tennis guys. Hated the last fifteen minutes with the actual weddings, it was nauseating.
