    Ooo I love it when that happens - not that it does for me very often - I get my thrills from watching them sprint off then have to give up later while I'm still merrily going along at a nice steady pace ;)

    Lol you are cruel ;) Was going for short and fast last night but I do need to start getting some longer distances in. Trying to decide whether to go for another 10k race in September, thought it was ages away then realised it's only five weeks!
