So when you win you get the notification on the screen it gives you a winning reference number, you then get an e-mail also containing the winning reference number. You then send them your details name addrees phone number date of birth and winning reference number together with the packet you won on. Correct so far?

My question so if they can't tell you which packet you've won on, how do they know you have sent the correct packet in when you claim?

I was thinking that myself... hmm i hope they dont mind having 9 packets... how bad am i!?!?! i have learnt though! hehe!

I think they can tell what packet you won with but they wont tell you. Customer services only take messages for the promotion team, it's them that know. xxx

Like kittycatty said, i think they might actually know which packet you won with, but they wanna make things complicated so just tell us that they don't know. I'm not too sure though. But i was also thinking the same thing.
