Thats what im not sure about as if it recognises my address and email it will know i already won whether i claimed or not? these bloomin T&C's are so confusing :rolleyes:

Raeh that is awful. I don't know why anyone would want to do that. They would be losing out themselves.
All of mine are sent out recorded delivery the same or the next day so I check that they have arrived safely.

raeh you really should keep trying and when you get a win of £50 claim that one, i think because you havent claimed the first one you should definatly be allowed to get it.
