    Thanks for everyones advice the other day. I contacted McVities and spoke to a lovely lady, who contacted the handling company. They said I can't claim the prize as I don't have the winning pack. I've sent a letter today to McVities with the winning claim reference, explaining the lack of winning screen, and also sent an e-mail to edwin at the isp. I'll keep you updated..thank you to cg for her advice yesterday..
