    I use 2 post offices, depending if i'm posting from near home or work, and they have both said they've had loads going to Bonkers. They recognise the address as the postcode isn't listed and they have to do something manually.

    The postlady that I know best of all said she had one woman win twice really early on.

    I think the postcode on the email is wrong - the lady at the Post Office had to change mine for me to something like XN at the end?!

    the have to do mine manually aswell i phoned up before i sent mmy first one to make sure it was correct:D
