  • you are all breaking the rules. you are stealing. say what you like but if you phoned mcvities they will say you must purchase the biscuits to win. swapping is theft.
  • how can it be theft when you arent taking something without the owners permission!!

  • Rather than not feeding the troll, it might be more effective just to agree with whatever it says.

I think that's probably what McVities have been doing every time they get another phone call from it!

I don't think this is a truly whiter than white thing to do. But as the T&Cs stand it is not breaking the rules.

I REALLY doubt I'm the only person to have ever suffered by dodgy T&Cs.

It makes a change for the shoe to be on the other foot. Not that it even really is. It's not like McVities are suffering at all. I have more biscuits at my house, at work, etc. than I usually purchase in 3 or 4 years not the 2 months I've bought them in!! I bet McVities sales are considerably up. And I bet most of that is compers on places like this.

Upset as McVities may be by this, they will be surely more upset that they paid someone actual money to come up with the T&Cs. Next time they should go to someone on here then I'm sure they'll be bulletproof.

Talking about biscuits, how on earth is jaffa cakes winning? They're not even nice let alone being proper biscuits. The hobnobs should be winning [milky ones or caramel]
