I don't think it's crucial to claiming prizes though, so long as I've written down the reference number from the web page.
I haven't ticked updates by email but my dad had a confirmation email to his address and I'm sure it wasn't ticked when I, erm... I mean he, entered then.
I've tried to do screenshots but I'm not sure which keys I have to hold down to get the PrtScn bit of that key to work and I can't find where it saves it either...
Who are you using for email? If it is Yahoo it could get lost in cyber space. I had lots of missing emails with Yahoo.
I then changed to Googlemail and I download the mail to Outlook, however the junk never gets downloaded so you have to physically go into google web mail to check your junk! The best things in life are free.....0 -

well done calash.
I received a win today of two signed Newcastle Falcon Rugby strips. I am keeping one but not sure what to do with the other. I could sell on ebay as they seem to be going for around £200 but I feel a bit bad about that so was considering donating it to a charity. Why not sell it on Ebay and then keep half of what you get and half to charity?
Theres no reason why you should feel bad about selling it, I personally sell quite a few of my wins and use the money to pay bills or to put towards a holiday etc, but I also raise money for my local Army Cadet Force and Army Benevolent Fund and often raffle off my smaller wins or arrange an auction of promises.
Congratulations on your win!!!!0 -

You could keep both so you can wear one while the other one is in the wash. You'll never need any other clothes!!0 -

I'm using BT, downloading to Outlook with junk filters turned off and Kaspersky also with junk filters turned off. I get loads of other junk!0
