Can I ask a really stupid question without being shot down please?

It says each code can be used 5 times..... is that per person?
So if I try it 5x I can give it someone else and they can try it 5x.and so on.

I don't understand how people think it's cheating It does not say in the t+c's that you are not allowed to swap, if it did i wouldn't of carried on swapping, i am however following the t+c's of 1 minor and 1 major per person.

Yes.

You can only win one minor and one major prize per person through the whole comp though. And in one day one household can only win one minor and one major prize.

So, if there's say 6 of you (over aged 16) living at one address, you can all win £50 but not all on the same day, it would have to be on different days.

what attracted you to this site in the first place it wasnt to post your win as that came many days later, so you joined the site straight away went straight to the bonkers thread, what for?

you joined on the 5th probably to grab a few codes for yourself only to discover the new rules and that most of us were having our wins pre 3rd September paid do I detect a little bit of the green eyed monster.

I'll stick my 2 pence in, again! . I don't see what's wrong with the code sharing aspect but I don't really like the sound of people using addresses that they don't live at, even if they do live at two.

It's not anything to do with it being unfair or anything, it's more that if McVities suspects any untoward behaviour they could investigate those people for making false claims. I'd really hate to see anyone on here investigated or even under suspicion of making false claims. At best, it could delay the pay out.

I think that the organisers of this comp, not necessarily McVities, have majorly stuffed up and by now they'll know they have but I don't think we should be taking the complete p1ss out of them or it could backfire. If I were the organiser and I'd written in the terms that the winners may be required to take part in unpaid publicity and I spotted two winners with the same name and same DOB I may be tempted to ask them to collect their prize in person.

It's just a heads up, be careful what you're doing. It's been a lucrative competition for some members on here, i'd hate to see it all go belly up.

Thanks Dooby, I think what I was asking was can I use my codes 5x then share codes with lots of other people (say on here) who can try them 5x each as well.
