Im not getting anywhere chasing up my last cheque, If it wasnt for the fact that I owe someone on here half of the money I would just give up on it as its only a minor win - just so annoyed as I have been told time and time again that it has been sent when it blatently hasnt!

I just read back over the thread and saw this email address ( thanks wookeyhole ) I have sent off an email to Jane Woodward.

If this does not work I will officially be giving up. If the cheques ever arrive I will definately send out the shares but I cannot keep chasing them.

So far I have contacted McVities by phone so many times, for so many cheques, that I have now lost count.

Edwin Mutton initially said that he would look into it but over a week later, I've heard nothing more from him. I didn't receive an answer from either of the other two.

Jane Woodward is my last ditch attempt before giving up on this unless anyone has any other ideas.

I feel really guilty as I still have a lot of shares to give out. I still owe:

I am owed £25 by lockie21 but we have mutually agreed to stop chasing this one now.

It looks even worse now that I've written it down and does make me feel quite depressed to be honest. I hate the fact that so many people are being cheated out of so much money :mad:

Please if anyone out there has any ideas on how to get these cheques, let me know. I am willing to try anything new.

I've had countless lies of softpad and I won't be retracting any of my comments either, even if a cheque turns up tomoro i'd rather send it straight back to you. 3 months is far too long to be waiting on £25 - DISGUSTING thats all i'm saying.

Just had an email of someone else also, they've also had the cheque around 2 months but will be out of the country until 20th january 2010, !!!!!!, was I born yesterday, I wont name any names on that one just yet.

And lastly juliepink, still not sure about this one, received the cheque but cannot cash it has she entered using her first name and her partners surname, how did you think they were gonna send you your winners???? knock on your door with the cash!!!!

I am amazed at the sheer audacity of some of these low lifes on here and i'm not afraid to call you that because that is what you are.

Karmas a biatch and I really believe that you'll get your just deserts.

I don't quite understand why someone would enter a competition... for money/cheques and not use the right name? If that isnt some kind of fraud then its very stoopid. lol

Well I'm settled with everyone my end except GrazD and he's aware I'm still chasing mcVitities for that one. (arghhh!)

I've been paid by everyone or had contact with everyone who owes me except Stacyxxx. £250 would have been lovely at christmas and I really hope she's enjoying spending my £250 along with her own. No contact from her at all since she said she'd sent the cheque except to get increasingly stroppy/start excuses when I said the cheque hadn't arrived!!

I felt guilty naming and shaming, but not anymore Stacy I hope you have a merry christmas. My kids thought you were great when you won as I promised them a Wii. They will still get a wii, cus mums don't break promises but it would have been nice to have an easy christmas and just to go shopping and think "wow, no guilt"!
