In the WEM, it says in the T&C's at the bottom of it:

Winners should send their winning pack together with their unique reference number, name, full address and telephone number plus date of birth.

Loads of people didn't include their number though, and i assume they only ask for it just incase somethings wrong e.g. wrong packet or whatever. I didn't include my number or email ad and still received cheques ok.

Yes Bunn I sent off ID for a biggie but I still haven't had the cheque or 4 others I'm waiting for so I guess ours must be in someones tray who is very very slow!!!

Just to say though if you are ringing them they might ask which email you used to win with so make sure you have the right one! x x x
