Not really, because now they're sending out all cheques, even ones from late wins, so they must have a lot to deal with and they've also sent all by 2nd class post. They said if you don't receive it by wednesday, to call them x

Surely there is a way of naming people who aren't replying/paying without shaming so that other people can be aware.


For example post this on this thread and also on thread that the other person frequents :-

xxxxxx can you please contact me as I have been trying for weeks to chase up our shared win , I just want to be kept informed/updated.


If this is an oversight (which it probably is) then this action should clear it up. If the same person is named by a few people then we all know there is a problem.

No cheque for me:rolleyes: When I rang a few weeks ago, to see if they had got a packet, I had no joy with who ever answers the phone!! Said she would pass on message, couldn't even talk to anyone from the comp! number was 0500 011 710, is this same number ppl have been calling?

Yep, same number. Call them again today.
