Did you end up deleting your actual document? I'm guessing you must have emptied your recycle bin too? If so, then you can download data recovery software. My brother accidentally formatted my sisters memory stick a while ago so all of her photos got deleted, but she downloaded some data recovery software and well she ended up getting 100+ of her photos back. It's different with you this time cos it's on your computer, but im sure it's the same, except should be easier. I'm sure any good data recovery software would do.
