I've sent them in normal envelopes and also in padded ones.

If you stick it in a normal envelope you can just stick a normal stamp on - anything bigger and you'll need to measure it to make sure it doesn't need a large stamp.

OR you could send it directly to McVitites if orange gives you his claim details - but that is personal choice.

If you do send it direct to McV's, you'll need to send it recorded delivery (or special delivery for a big win!) and that is an extra 70p at the post office counter

Thanks. Yeh i wanted to send it straight off, but orange said to send him the wrapper and he'll get it sent off to make sure everything aka postmark and stuff is correct. [Which is probably cos my noobyness is apparant LOL] So a normal envelope with a first class envelope? Perfect, thanks.

Could be lucky for you - we've both had 2 wins in the last 4 hours!!

(Well okay, one of those was split between us!!):D

Well I've only had 3 cheques out of the 7 I'm expecting so I wouldn't panic yet.

And I owe half of those out as splits so if you are waiting for cash from me, I'm not stealing it! Mr McV is! :rotfl:

Hi, sorry I PM'ed you, but only after I finished dinner!

I would spend the extra 70p so the postman gets me to sign for it. The postman will probably still just post it as normal, but won't take it home to see what's inside instead!!

Plus there has been a spate of ID theft from the lousy letterboxes round here recently...
  • Yeah, I haven't had any cheques arrive yet!
  • I just decided that when this comp is over

I'm gonna 'borrow' a fire engine fill its water container with all my biscuits and water and spray McV's HQ with the contents *nods*

I'm in a bad mood tonight :rotfl:
