I know messages are on here are getting lost all over the place with this but when you dont here within 3 hours then you msg again and dont hear for another 3 hours .. what are you supposed to do .. just keep hanging around lol

i always try to respond as quickly as I can. If I've not got back to anyone I'm sorry. i do agree it is bad form if someone doesn't reply, but I've been really lucky with everyone I've shared with and not had to chase anyone at all.
