I don't think they were adequately packaged, just a layer of cardboard around them. They refunded no problem though, it's just made me wary of buying them the same way again .

Amazon prices have dropped again to £29.79 for 12 cartridges, with free delivery.

Argos deal has now finished - they are charging £19.99 for 6 cartridges.
