We have always worked really hard. We chose to extend our house and I fell pregnant. The build loan was already sorted before hand and when the baby arrived she was born with a tumor in her neck which left me in a nightmare situation about going back to work and leaving her. She has just turned two and is fine. The credit crunch hit the loans went up the house lost 55,000 in value and we couldn't consolidate and so on....
We have robbed peter to pay Paul for mths as the income went down after maternity leave and making stupid spending mistakes just to get by etc.... I feel gutted about the prospect of losing the house????:jWILLOW41Serious about changing my life and proud to be dealing with my debtsOfficial DFW nerd 1186DFW long haul supporter 162As of today (13.5.09) approx £67,575 in debt + a few hundred here and there....:o'The meaning of your communication, is the response you get'...0 -
Hopefully one of the more experienced posters can advise about the house.
I dont want to give you the wrong idea.
We left our house in Jan but we hated our house, it was a money pit and was a considerable contributor to our mess!!!!0 -

Have you been getting any calls yet or letters?
You can send letters out to your creditors and tell them to communicate in writing only. Also BT will change your number for free is you tell them your getting abusive calls. Same for any mobiles0
