GFK question - help

Options
Recently i received an email for a £5 voucher that i earned for installing the GFK toolbar. However, when i tried to log in to the site to redeem the voucher i was unable to. Its unlikely i got my user/password wrong. Well anyway, after many attempts to log in i gave up and emailed them. I emailed their helpdesk 5 TIMES in a period of 4 weeks and had no reply at all.

I then tried to call them. I received a recorded message saying they are moving which is causing alot of delays and they will get back to me. it's now 1 and a half weeks later i have not heard anything.

On the same day as calling i emailed the email dictated in the recorded message (consumer panel) and still have had no reply. The emails i sent them consisted of this message:

"Dear Sir/Madam,

I regularly participate in the GFK media surveys and recently i received an email about me earning a £5 voucher for installing the GFK IMM toolbar. However, when i tried to log onto the GFK website, my username and password were not working.

Alternatively i tried to use the link that i was sent, however it only took me to my "Rate it" page which showed no option for the redemption of my voucher.

Please could you send me a copy of my username and password so that i can resolve this problem.

Many thanks in advance,
Nikita Nikitin"

I am increasingly becoming frustrated by them  and will probably leave their survey panel after this is resolved.

Can anyone offer me any advice on what to do??

Many thanks :A
Nikita

So you cannot log in at all to even take part in the surveys? I don't suppose you have the original sign up e-mails or one of the daily/weekly "reminder" e-mails? They have a direct link into your account and you won't need to enter your username or password

It'll have an rp=...&pw=.... in the link if you want to search your inbox :)

I've always found them great as a survey site, won quite a few £5's, all of which went through fine :)

I only get links to remind me to go to the "Rate-it" page, not to the main website which i found strange? I think this is some special thing as they said i would get special surveys for those aged 16-24. Well this website has no option to redeem. So i try to log into the main website however my log ins dont work there. It's quite annoying :(

Just a quick check you're going to: https://panel.gfkmedia.co.uk/

The reminder e-mails with the password filled in are from Helpdesk GfK Media with subject Reminder GfK Media Appreciation Survey, but you have to set it in your account prefs for the reminders to occur.

Have a look back in your inbox for anything with subject: TV Appreciation Research that's one of the first they send.

No i get those each day. But they take me to a "Rate-it" page. Where i do a survey daily consisting of the questions: Did i watch anything on tv yesterday, did i watch anything on tv this week, have i been on the internet this week, have i listened to the radio this week, what i enjoyed on tv the most this week, and a table wher i tick boxes on hours spent doing various things.

Is that the one you get ??

Because on that rate it page ther is no option to redeem voucher.

My sister gets that. It's for 15 year olds and younger, like their sort of media appreciation survey panel.

I'm not sure. That is really weird. Can't you redeem on the normal site or does your login details not work at all?

they dont work, even though im almost 100% sure i entered them correctly. And whats really annoying is that they dont send you a copy of your user and pass in the first email you get after signing up :(

The only thing I can think of for you to get your voucher is to get someone you know that's already signed up (friend or family or someone you trust) to use the code to redeem on their account, but input your email add and details, so the amazon voucher gets sent to you.
