National Debtline - information disclosure

Hi,
I've spoken to the National Debtline twice and the Business Debtline once, and recall that the first time I called they mentioned something about my details being made available to the legal services. I can't actually remember if this was standard or whether they asked if I minded if it was...
If I had the choice, can I call again and say I'd rather not? Presumably they mean the court and OR when they refer to the legal services.
Does anyone have any idea how this works?
Thanks!

Hiya
They were most like just asking for audit purposes and your personal details wouldn't be revealed. However they could also be checking that you would be okay for your story and advice to be used as a case study and this is held by the Legal Services Commission - again it would never be made public. However if you no longer want to do this then just let them know. Totally your choice
Hope this helps
