    Well I can make the 23rd and would love to come but (yikes) I am probably a few years more mature :eek: than most !! Can I bring my equally mature friend who posts on here if she can be persuaded? ;)

    I would love to come as well, will put the date on the calender and look forward to getting more details otherwise i have an image of lots of strange people walking around the parks of London wearing strange hats and DFW t-shirts :rotfl:

    I have to say i am a little nervous as well, this is not something i would normally do LOL

    but if i am brave enough to face my debt problems i am sure i can be brave enough to meet all of you :rotfl:

    Can someone London-ish help me please :) I know this isnt very dfw but im trying to book a hotel room for the evening of the 23rd and the travel lodge have some £26 deals but I dont know which part of London is closest to the hotels that are available.
    I can choose from - Covent Garden, Kingscross, Docklands, Battersea? Im travelling via train into Euston if that can be taken into account too :)

    Any help would be fab :)

    Hi I'm a London person. I've just read through this thread and can't actually see where the event is being held, except for 'in a park in London'. So as there are several parks and I don't yet know which one, I would go for Covent Garden. It's central and a nice area. Hope this helps.
