Woolworths Karaoke DVD Player HELP!

I am thinking of buying the Karaoke DVD Player 30162 which is advertised on the Woolworths web site. Does anyone out there have any details on this player regarding what types of disk it will play i.e. dvd-r/dvd+r/rw,mp3,vcd,svcd,cd-r and so on. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

sorry can't help, I was just about to buy a similar player from Prism Direct http://www.prismdirect.co.uk/product_detail.html?code=30112 but would rather spend £29.99!

These are in Woolworths stores and are flying off the shelves, they do play most formats of disk and come with microphone,8dvds and a karaoke dvd.Smile and be happy, things can usually get worse!0

Managed to track one down this morning, my advice would be to phone round woolies stores first and get one put aside for you.
raptorman haven't taken it out the car yet, it's a gift for my daughter and shes about just now. What I can tell you is that the pne I bought was made by Prism, the spec is on this site http://www.prismdirect.co.uk/product_detail.html?code=30112 the only difference I noticed is that it only has 8 dvd's and one Karaoke dvd. I'm very pleased, thanks for the help guys ;D0 -

Your daughter isvery lucky. Once she has it if it isn't too much trouble could you notify me as to wether it accepts dvd+r as my home movies and backups are on these disks.

I haven't looked but going by the spec on the prism site it - Plays DVD / VCD / CD-R / CD-RW / MP30
