Getting nowhere with the csa :(

Will try keep this short! Sorry!
I have a 5 year old son with my ex and he has never bothered to see him or pay towards his upbringing.
I went to csa who took all his details and contacted him and then csa gave him an amount he had to pay per week. After 2 months he hadnt paid anything so csa went to his employer to get it taken straight from his wages. Once he was told about this he quit! He went on jsa where he was then later told £5 a week would get deducted to be given to me, once again he quit!
So as of then ( that was now 2006 ) he has always told csa he does not work and doesnt want to claim any benefits.
I know he is lying as he has a trade behind him and done alot of work on the side to earn cash in hand, which there was no way of proving but friends of his were telling me what he was up to.
I managed to find his facebook page and I regurarly have a wee look to see if there is anything worth noting down, as csa have told me to keep an eye on things and see if I can find out anything else. Beginning of the year he changed his saying to "just finished my first year of accounts to hand in for my tax return" I immediatly thought bingo got him!! So I called my case worker and she told me to print the page and send her it. I done so and keep calling regurarly and she keeps telling me there is nothing she can do.
Surly this cant be the end of the road for my case????
He is still telling csa he doesnt work and doesnt earn a penny, yet Iv sent in proof he works. That and the fact csa have proof he owns a 10k car and has a mortgage and a loan to pay!
Im lost about what to do now

If he's filed a year worth of accounts, request/demand, in writing, that the CSA contact HMRC to try to obtain details of his earnings.
Your assessment should then be based on these figures.
There's not much the CSA are willing to do when people are working cash in hand. Hence, he may officially just about be paying himself the minimum wage & this is the figure the CSA will use.Donedoingdebt Lightbulb moment January 2000. Debt at highest approx £102,000. Debt now (October 2009 - absolutely fork all!!!)

Exactly IF he has filed any accounts, people can type anything they wish on facebook or elsewhere.
I went to see a fortune teller, she said a lot of money would be coming my way, I left in excitement and got knocked down by a securicor van
.
People were messaging me to see if I was ok, some asked if did get plenty of money :eek:0 -
Yeah that was my thinking, he could just be saying this to look "cool" for his facebook friends!
Everytime I ring my caseworker she just says that he is still claiming he doesnt earn money so theres nothing more they can do. Surly they know something is up if he can afford to pay a mortgage, drive his car and go on all these holidays. My case worker has seen his facebook where he has all his holiday pics!0 -
Could you report him to the Inland Revenue instead? They may be a bit more interested in his sources of income?0

Didnt think of that, is there a specific department I could call?0
