FT LEX Column - It would be remarkable if the Housing Market really had stabilised...

So, just to clarify, Joeskeppi, to you, the Economics Editor of the Telegraph is a "cretin" who's biased as priced out of the market - but the FT writer is OK.
How do you figure that out?
Never mentioned priced out but:
The article you're referring to was written in such a biased way it's hard to come to any other conclusion, all it had was low transactions and then pulled off some out of date figures to try and make things appear worse.
I can't say the same for this one. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

Er, yes you did:

"the writer is a biased little cretin who's bitter and twisted that he's paying someone elses mortgage."
Actually, I think it highly unlikely, as I pointed out in that thread, that the Economics Editor of the Telegraph is not paid well enough to be able to afford to buy. Why precisely do you think he's likely to be "paying someone else's mortgage"? Out of the kindness of his heart? :rolleyes:0 -

Why would he be "paying someone else's mortgage"? Just a really nice guy? Charity for BTLetters? :rotfl:
I know you lot are hard up, but that seems just a bit too much like wishful thinking...:)0
