Car Insurance

Hi everyone, we've just changed our car(old one went bang-literally). our insurance is with saga, but we were surprised that even though we had dropped from a 1600cc to 1400cc our insurance had actually gone up. As we went bankrupt 29/10 last year would it be better for us to wait till after AD to change insurance company or would we still have problems finding a good deal - Sorry if that seems confusing, can someone tell us if it still difficult to get insurance after discharge and which companys are br friendly please!
