Where Should I buy Probiotics and Buffered Vitamin C?

Hi Everyone,
I've been told I should take strong high-quality probiotics (not the yoghurts as they are not enough) and 1000mg of buffered vitamin C every day. I am most concerned about getting the best quality products I can but at the same time once I know what I should be buying then finding them at the cheapest price I can is important too. I would be interested in the experiences and opinions of anyone who has taken these supplements; which brands are the best quality and have a good reputation? Also which are the best sites or shops, although I suspect ordering online will be cheaper, to buy from? If there is a better forum online to ask this outside of MSE please direct me there - thanks for any help.
