Competition prize help! Wrong item?

I won this comp: http://www.techradar.com/news/world-of-tech/win-a-power-assisted-hybrid-pa-bag-600256 as posted by darcy13 however I was sent this item: http://en.liveluggage.com/product/index.php?pageaction=ProductInfo&p=6&ID=169rojq8bo6krt0vg9fogc2al3 Which as you can see from the price and the description is completely NOT the bag I was supposed to win

Does anyone have a contact email address for techradar - I tried emailing one of the addresses before to ask when I was likely to receive it but never heard anything.

Gee, that's not even a slight difference is it?! Can't help with the contact info. but didn't want to read and run.
Although saying that, maybe some phone calls would be better than emailing? Saying you've tried emailing but got no replies. You were happy to win and would have accepted something 'similar' to the item you won but this is nothing like it and want to replace it with the correct item. Be nice but firm and see what happens?

Thanks isitenough - I've emailed both those addresses so will see what happens then give them a call.

I've said in the email that I entered for that bag as it would benefit me - the whole reason I entered it so was disappointed to receive something completely different.

Hopefully can sort something out. The weekend bag isn't bad but don't really need one.

Well, yep. You're not being ungrateful, just requesting to receive the bag that was intended as a prize! Bad on their part as they haven't even contacted you about sending another bag.

Just keep at them, every day if you have to.

H'mm I had something sort of similair happen with them. One a media hub but only found out by googling my name. I contacted them to ask if it was me which they confirmed but then had to chase for prize.

Not sure if it's the right thing or not as it said worth £269 on the competition but did not say exactly which model it was, the one that has come seems to retail at about £210, it is still a good win so I haven't done anything about it but hope they don't do this sort of thing on a regular basis.
