Help needed CRF clean up

Hi i have been checking my experian file, and i need to send a letter to my former creditors to clean my files up.
I have read the Sticky about CRF and viewed the template letter to send to former creditors, the letter states that i should send my bankruptcy order and discharge notification. I do not have any notification of my discharge? Should i have not been sent a letter from the OR stating my discharge after my 12 month stint?
Also after checking my file i notice that some of the default dates are earlier than my BR? and some post BR? Am i right in thinking they should all be the same date of my BR?

You dont always receive notification in writing sadly.....you could get the official discharge cert from court (£65 or free on certain benefits) or just ring your OR's office & they'll send you confirmation in the post free of charge

the defaults should be no later than the date of your BR
