Terms and Conditions

• The competition closes on 30 September 2009
• Only one entry per household; entrants must be residents of the UK and be aged 18 or over.
• The prize consists of first class rail travel with Southeastern for the duration of 3 days, behind the scenes tour of Dover Castle and The Great Tower, entry into Kent's attractions that are members of the Association of Tourist Attractions in Kent(6 tickets will be provided), two stay at Copperfields Guest House, Broadstairs on a bed and breakfast basis.
• The prize must be taken by 31st March 2010, Monday-Thursday (excluding Christmas and New Year), subject to availability.
• An independent person will draw the winner at random on 1 October 2009
• The winner will be notified by email by 5 October, and the name of the winner will be made available on request to Visit Kent by post after that time. Details on how to claim the prize and full prize terms and conditions will be given in the letter of notification.
• The terms of the prize are not negotiable and cannot be exchanged for cash in whole or in part.
• Employees of Visit Kent, Southeastern and English Heritage, and members of their immediate families, are not eligible to participate.
• The decision of Visit Kent is final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
