Cheap padlocks...

... anyone know where to get them from - in large quantites,im looking for 38mm brass ones,got to be a cheap as poss though.

Cheap is never really a good option for security, you get what you pay for in my experience, so i suppose it depends on what you need them for. You should look at the value of what you are protecting and pay accordingly. However if your looking for dirt cheap for a promo or charity event etc there are loads of locksmiths etc in the West Midlands (look here: Yell.com ) I know a number of them import cheaply from the far east, depending on your reasons for needing them I'd approach them and see if you could blag some or negotiate a price.
